Meet Our Founder
Olettia Cheers
Owner & Operator | Educator | Visionary
During my college graduation ceremony, I received a "call." I asked The Caller, "What should I do next (now that I had graduated)?" The response was simple yet profound: "Kids." That's when I pursued my mission for teaching.

Over 24 years later, I have passionately served as a teacher, city-wide regional science fair coordinator, assistant principal, principal, professional mentor, and now consultant across both Chicago Public Schools and the Archdiocese of Chicago. No matter what title I hold, I will always be a teacher first! This extensive experience has shaped Cheers Education Group's approach to personalized learning and our commitment to meeting each student and family where they are in their educational journey.
